Store Manager

With over 42 stores nationwide and plans for rapid expansion, this highly ethical prestigious brand is recruiting for commercial store managers throughout the London area.

As Store manager your duties will be:

To be accountable for store performance, sales and profit through the effective management of KPIs and staff training and P&L account.
Be responsible for all risk management, staff safety and an onsite first aider.
Be responsible for all stock and the back-house operational processes regarding it.
Ensure stock is properly rotated and sold within sell by date and under the provisions of the ACT when necessary.
Been mentally analytical of store trends and ensure maximum store potential is reached.
Inspire your team, aiding their career progression through a work-learn environment and regular PDP appraisals.
Carry out disciplinaries when necessary, but be forward thinking in trying to resolve these issues before they occur by been receptive of poor performance.
Be a passionate brand ambassador, be thoroughly literate and comprehensive of store products, lines, promotions, background and values, in order to relay it to the business' ‘guests.’

You will have at least 1 years experience at management level from another highly customer service focused background.
ITC literacy and understanding of Excel, Outlook, word, and Internet.
Be confident and assertive in your ability to communicate with people of all levels and backgrounds.
